Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame deadline for submissions to induct someone to the Hall of Fame is
FEBRUARY 15, 2025 .
Check the NSCMHF website for full details on how to nominate someone. Most important to realize is that all nominations must be FULLY completed for acceptance by the Nomination Committee with all information requested presented on the application form in detail.
This year there is a new category for Back Up Instrumentalist. This category is for those musicians who have contributed to the Nova Scotia country music scene not as a front person but rather providing that much needed instrumental accompaniment on stage. These musicians often do not fit in the categories for consideration and will now be able to be nominated for their selfless years of being on stage as backup for other musicians.
Other categories for nomination include:
Vocalist, Instrumentalist, Builder (Organizer/Promoter), Builder (Songwriter/Composer).
