There is so little left to be said about such an icon in Country music. I reside just yards from Mr.Snows home stead, where the Hank Snow playground is located. As I go for a walk,I often think of his life, and how he had walked these same steps as I. And each time I enter the grounds of the former Liverpool station, I think of the times he sought refuge there, because of personal issues with his grand parents. He really never did forget his roots, and Nova Scotia in general.I had the good fortune to see a concert with Mr.Hank Snow, and Miss Carole Baker,another Queens County resident. Mr.Snows music always played at home when I was a child, and continues to be played to this very day..We are all so much richer for knowing the Hank Snow story,...and hearing his music....Thank-you...
