I can't say I really "got" Mr. Snow till the late 90s. He was somewhat before my time, but was one of the first names bandied about re: country music in my native Texas as a young boy in my family circles. Well, about once a year, I get the bug and go Hank Snow crazy. What a talent. What an awesome and inspiring talent. I can't get enough, from his unique way of interpreting Jimmy Rodgers to his latest recordings, Hank was some of country's purest sounds. Forever, Mr. Snow.
