We were most disappointed to find the museum closed yesterday upon our arrival in Liverpool. That was our primary reason for traveling to Liverpool but found no info on the building or on the website. Even Visitor info center closed! Like I said, most disappointed 😞 😔

We are on Off Season hours;; however, we do regularly come in when folks contact us to do tours. There is a note on the window with a contact number if you want a tour. At present we are open Friday from 10:30-4:30 and on the weekends Saturday and Sunday from 12:30-4:30. Unfortunately with COVID and our inability to have fundraisers to build up our finances, we had to let our full time administrator go and have been working with all volunteers except in July and August when we have summer students. We do not like not being open all year and it hinders not only visitors but our ability to organize large fundraisers as well. I am sorry we were unable to have you visit the Museum but we do hope you will come again this summer. We hope to be open fully from June 27 on until September. Let me know when you will be in town next and I will personally take you on a tour if I am available. My telephone number is 902-354-8235 . Again, so sorry you did not get to visit our Museum. We do have wonderful BBQ and SHows across from the Museum at our Gazebo Park area and these are free and we would love to have you visit.
